Controlling Weak Points

Those tires you've got now likely don't have enough tread to break much, so you're probly good to go.

haha! these should last some road life then ill go something with high mileage and all terrains. keeping eyes out for stickies and wheels to have for trails
 
I broke the driver's side axle shaft in my CUCV and the resulting shock load broke all the teeth off that side of the drive and side gears in the Detroit. The front axle remained undaunted with its Warn lockouts and 1310 pinion joint.
 
They don't like shock load, that's for sure. Not sure how much weight I was pulling...but it was a LOT.
