Corporate Company wayssssss??

This statement actually explains the "whole nut". Hits the nail on the head. Was actually the very discussion I had with a department manager. His words were not as simplistic. Read: Jargon. I heard more of another term.....lol.
We had a conference call with our director yesterday morning that includes probably 5000+ employees that lasted 45 minutes. Nothing was spewed that had a damn thing to do with what it takes to do our jobs, a small comment on safety, mentioned a positive side to the layoff that happened a few months ago was we have more bucket trucks available due to the layoffs. What a total slap in the face to the employees that you manage in my opinion. The want to talk about wasted man hours then they have a pointless conference call and waste thousands of man hours and kill morale.

I'll just stand here and wait for @skyhighZJ to come by and comment on all the unit formations and mandatory stand downs...

In my younger days I could comment for sure but at this point I’ve had a few years of not having to deal the the “Army” mentality for the most part. As an OC/T it’s all “big boy rules” and now I’m at the DIV Staff Level so not to much b.s. But, perusing this thread has brought images of Army life several times hahaha!!

Yes, long before IBM was "Big Blue" and Motorola developed "Total Quality Management" there was Big Green.

We've been living the corporate culture dream since 1775. Remember: There's a right way, a wrong way, and the Army way.
