Bent both of the UCA's a LCA axle bracket and the drivers shock.
Bent my trans xmember up about and inch which cancels out my inch tcase drop I have on there now.
I'm going to make some upper links with DOM and heims and replace the LCA brackets with some thicker stuff. Then I need a sye and build a stronge xmember.

The fronts are brand new, but that hill is a lot steeper and slicker than the video let's on. The ruts were deep enough that my diffs were digging in and when I would go up it and back down the hitch would dig in, so even with new tires it would require some speed to get out. But that's just how I roll. Haha

I assumed the right rear was the same as the one in the pic and saw the front mudders . I've always had more "fun" in the mud w the good tires out back.................. but that's just me. ;)........I think you would have walked thru there w 4 of the front tires, and gone looking for more fun!

Well luckily it won't cost too much to fix it this time, and I have the boatsides and the rear dovetail that I can do on the sami before I buy anything else for it so that will give some time to save a lil $$$. I have to fix the jeep though cause once I'm done with the sami my wife has claimed the jeep as hers since she finally drove it at URE the last time we went.

Yeah I dd this jeep and the rear is welded so the new tires stay on the front. I've also seen a lot bigger rigs with better tires go thru this hole and there's no "walking thru" for them either, its just slick and fun to watch.
 
It's all fun........ wet, dry, or rocky, until you hear a loud BANG ................like the one when he hit the thigh high rut after carefully exiting that hole . I liked the extra steering effort, to get more traction?? on the approach too ! :driver:

Yeah any day offroading no matter what kind is better than a day at work. But the steering was to try and get a little over to the right to get up on top of the ruts hopefully long enough that my diffs wouldn't dig in and stop me, as for the rut after the hole my windshield was completly covered in mud only thing I could really see was the giant metal power tower, so I went left to avoid it and just didn't see the rut. :eek: crap happens, and things break.

Its actualy a pretty popular place people that live on land joining that section of the lines have trails from their homes going to it and I've never heard of anyone getting into trouble for wheeling out there, only time somebody does get in trouble is when they park their truck and trailer on the other side of the street.

It's tough getting through a hole that way bigger tires have dugout. If you keep havin "fun" like that ( scientifically finding weak points ) your jeep will be bulletproof one day ! nice fabjob Stuntman :D

Thanks man, I'm really just getting it ready for my wife once my sami project is done she won't be as rough on it as I am though. :D
