Ya know, we have not done one on a fullsize bronco..We have done an early bronco. Send me an idea of what you would like and i will quote it for you.(family,2 person cage)
hey PJ what kinda of footage would it take to do a basic exo on a toyota im just trying to get a feel on how many sticks i might be short thanks!! great work!!
Yep, the cage paid for itself this weekend. In the picture you can't really tell but the entire rig is supported by the cage that is leaning on a rock. Cage barely had a scratch on it, and nothing a rattle can won't fix. This rock would have ripped the doors so bad that both passenger side doors would have been smashed and ripped open, probably smashing all the glass as well.
Light tabs are hidden but they will hang down in the void on the lower part of the bumper filling in the open space. Thanks man for the good word. BIL is going to have a nice ride when he is done.
Slider. Rocker area will be covered by black diamond plate.
Entry. Through dash. Through Floor.
Drivers-ish view.
Closer view of sound bar modded to fit cage.
Bracket for rear view mirror. VERY NICE.
Drivers-ish view again
Driveres view of door/grab handle.
Entry looking across.
Super clean, super awesome job. I'll post some pics when I get the top off and windshield down, but looks like weather and timing is against me this weekend. PJ went beyond what I wanted. We met and talked about a few things, I dropped off my jeep and picked it up and was blown away by the install.
Next up is a swing down tire carrier, and new control arm mounts/skids. I am beyond happy with how this turned out!
Here is a skidplate and tranny mount we built along with a modified shifter for the 6.0 swap the customer did. This truck will see mostly towing trips and some moderate offroading. The sides are cut out for mud removal.
