That way, when I get an email, with nothing listed in the subject that says:
"Hi!
I was so glad to view your ads posted on Craigslist. Can l come over this evening between 5:30-8:30pm . Am presently at work now as i work night shift but will be going home soon, since today is my off day and I can come around today to check it out anytime provided . Could you possibly show it to me this evening? I can come when i leave work on my way home before i have some rest, or first thing tomorrow morning, Let me know what time i can come to take a look it, i want to be sure it's still in good condition before i purchase it and what's the last asking price?...You can email me here @ uriyawkc@gmail.com . Let me know asap. Thanks!"

I can just click the button and noone would ever have to hear from them again. Also, when people posts really crappy rusted old cars for $30k and call them rat rods, we could flag them too.

You reply to those people and give them the local police department address

I actually send them to the county landfill.

I've had similar replies to stuff myself. Month later get a vague email like:

Hello,
I've recently viewed your for sale item and/or service and will be willing to pay you extra to hold this said item/service until a later date. Blah blah blah

I simply don't list stuff for sale on CL anymore unless it's a last ditch effort. Too many mouth breathers out there making it not worth my time to sell stuff through that channel. However, I will buy from there and lowball the shit out of someone on CL which pays off from time to time.

If there were such a button, it wouldn't be as entertaining listening to tacoma747 bitch about answering stupid questions, and lowballers. And you know...sometimes I like hearing his blood pressure reach unsafe levels

Such a button would depopulate Craigslist to unusable levels .....

Matt

It's the same people that will eventually ask if you will accept payment and let a shipper come pick it up.

Just my personal experience, but this site, nc4x4 is by far the best site I've ever found to post something for sale with great results. I've bought and sold thousands of dollars worth of stuff with little to no headache whatsoever.
