Death of a 5.9

My opinion is based on the number of 5.2 and 5.9's I see at the salvage sale with bad motors, most just over 100k. For a trail rig it would be fine I guess, but for the most part in comarison to the 4.0 they are turds. Sorry if that steps on the Mopar peoples' toes. For the record I feel the same way about the Ford 5.4 and the chevy 307...there, equal brand hating.

Strokers are the epitomy of torque. Longer piston stroke=greater torque.

I guess you are right. I'm still learning alot about motors, the only one I've ever dealt with is my little 4.0. Thanks for the input guys.
