and this is like saying b/c sometimes people get in a wreck going on a family vacation that they should never go. i just don't get it around here sometimes. everyone being so critical.
 
give it a rest. everyone and everyting is ok. If you don't like what others are doing, just point them out to your son and say "Thats what not to do, son"

But you don't have to keep on about it online in a public forum. If they were legally doing something, then who gives besides you? Everyone on this board does something that I don't agree with, but I don't say anything about it (Except Rich drivin a CTD AND a Yota :D )

Let it go and move on...

I haven't "kept on" about it. This is a discussion board. Not everyone is gonna like what other's have to say. Let's just agree to disagree. I'm gone.
 
From my understanding there were those at the fire that were not happy with the size. That many Jeeps around, many with soft tops. All of those Nylon tents....Everything and everyone in close proximity(sp) Jeep tops and tents will melt. Paint will blister. IMO way to big, more of a bon fire than a campfire. I was in a bus, and My jeep has no top, so no biggie to me. I am glad that nothing was damaged( if in fact it wasn't)
