Does everybody know your Job?

I just had another run in with that PO:poop::gay: from the last time. only this time it is about something totally different. I reminded him that his last words to me were "well that is the only thing you do here, I mean it's not that hard." Now he wants his A/C fixed in his office, we'll see how long it takes for that to happen. :shaking:

Currently just air compressor vessels ranging from 20 to 400 gallon, soon possibly oil seperators. The company is only a little over a year old, but we are owned by a world wide company based in Italy. The paperwork is not too bad, but it is alot.
 
Being in middle management of a small utility company, my problem is with inconsistancies of the men under me in their work.I'm open to ideas and will hear folks out.If their way nets the same outcome,go fer it.What I have a hard time dealing with is doing something brilliant vs doing something fuggin stupid.Seams like that runs in 15 minute intervals.

Give me 100% smart and I know how to deal with it.
