Does this look familiar to anyone?

Guess I was lucky, years back, when I owned a house, on 1 acre, in Charlotte city limits. Had somewhat of a mini junkyard, in my backyard, but no problems with my loving neighbors. House next door went up for Sale, & it was the Realtor, that called Code enforcement on me. I HAD, let it get messy. Code left me a note to call them. Man that viewed my property, asked me to cut some weeds, get rid, or hide some tires, & place some items behind a building, I had. Had no problem with 4-5 cars sitting there, since the tries were up. Never mentioned Tags. Said he would ride by in a week,& if he saw nothing offending, from the Street, then he had no right to come on my property. Never heard from that NICE man again!

When you ride through downtown Charlotte you may notice the Justice building is the smallest building in town. In other words there is very little justice when it's surrounded by a lot of money. I am sure it is the same up there.
