I have talked with my accout rep for my steel and I am willing to put the time in to get some DOM steel for everyone. serveral guys were looking to get some and someone asked me to find out. here are the details to DOM steel right now

I am good for 100ft. Maybe more if more people get in and we can get to the lower price. All in all I need around 250ft but we need the price down low because I am hurting for cash and only really need 100 right now.

Before I even try and run this by the wife... Are you able to drop it somewhere in Raleigh for some extra $$? I have no trailer able to handle 20' sticks.

If anyone in the Charlotte/Greensboro area needs tubing I will match the lowest price you guys come up with . Just to help with people who may want to get in but cannot transport tube that far.

I am looking to get some and I am in Raleigh. Was told if we get enough it can be shipped here, or maybe my work so that the truck could pull up. I can get my hands on a trailer to move it if we get it shipped here for the cost of a little diesel.

Andy that is great that you will match to help the western people out. I need to get up with you about the CJ mushrooms for the body mounts.
 
Hey, I was able to find a cheaper place. Thanks to Rock City, Rob, it should be a lot cheaper. I will PM him tommorow or if he sees this. It will be delivered to his shop. Otherwise that will be it. LOOKS LIKE QUIT A FEW PEOPLE.

Andy, That for helping out. I know most venders can get it cheaper but they do not always sell it for more.

Everybody should keep post how much they want, I think we are going to get a really good deal with rock city. The company he works with orders a million dollars of steal a year. That is a big discount you know.

Keep posting and I think in a week we will tally it all up and place the order. We will post what it will cost and it will be much cheaper than I post.

Let me see what I can do with pricing. I just ordered some tubing, but I could always use a little more...

With that much tubing and such, I'd have to get money prior to ordering, well, at least half of it. I'd hate to be stuck with $3K worth of tubing and not be able to move it....

And for everyone in the Raleigh area, I may be able to deliver to the area. I do a lot of work in Durham/Raleigh area so I may be able to tote it with me. Also, the shop is in Farmville, thats not too far from Raleigh if you really needed to pick it up.

Thanks a million Rob. The whole point of this was to get steel for everyone CHEAP. I am like aggresive car issurance. "if I am not the cheapest I will show you who is...." I know corny. Thanks, Lets keep it going with the orders.

I'm needing about 4-5 stalks (80'-100') of 1.75" x .120 wall HREW, BUT absolutely positively have to have it in hand by the 20th... (could pickup in GSO)

So, what's the timeframe on this buy?

as far as the time frame. That is ok. WE WILL ORDER ON THE 15. that should give the company plenty of time. ROB, will that be ok?
 
Hey Rob, I also need to know how to set payment up. Currently I am in Iraq and have access to paypal quite easily. Other options are available, I would just like to know what you can work with. Thank you.

Also, is this the farmville in Pitt county? If so that is good for a pickup. I have friend that will use my truck and trailer to get my order.

Well I might as well get me some DOM if this multi-order goes through for a good price. I think the 15'th is pushing it to get a LARGE order though. Keep me in the loop with details for I'm good for 5 sticks as well.

oh yeah, paypal, or you may be able to get someone local to pay for it...

I can store the tubing for a bit too if anyone cannot pick it up or delivered within a week or so
 
I will be looking at around 120 feet maybe more depending on pricing. I live in raleigh and will be going to pick it up if anyone else around raleigh needs to get it back around town.
 
get a price quote on 1000 ft. that seams to be about the total. If we have an extra 200 feet or so I could probably buy it. At the prices we talked about I dont think it will be a problem. Thanks John

If the 15 does not work than we will have to do it later. Since the 15 is a sunday it will have to be after that. I am thinking this will not be ready until the following weekend. This should be a good turnout. thanks JOHN
 
if you could hold this till i get back.. say.. mid feb.. it would be great.. i am taking a friend up there to look at trucks at one of your used car joints.. and could easily stop by.. but i can also have it picked up one sat also...
