OK, everyone, I've looked and looked and this is the best I can come up with right now. These prices fluctuate like gas, so ya never know the prices from week to week.
I've gotten better pricing, but I've also seen much worse.
I got a quote at 1500 feet. $2.39 foot. Shipping is estimated at 2 weeks, maybe 3, because of the large amount in the order.
If we need more, the price will obviously go down.
If we need less, the price may go up slightly, but not much.
I need everyone to prepay for most of this stuff, at least half of it. I don't have $4k lying around to order this stuff so if you want it, let me know and we'll work something out.
For everyone who wants anything OTHER than 1.75" OD x .120" wall DOM Message me or post and I'll get a quote on the different sizes and stick it in with the same order.
John, get a head count on the # of feet and let me know.

Oh yeah, these sticks are random lengths from 18' to 22'. Also, unless you get in on with someone else, you should request a number of feet divisible by 20 so you have a complete stick of steel and I don't have to cut it in 10' lengths.

So we like going with $2.39/FT as the magic number? Does that include taxes and shipping? An extra bit for time and effort? Can you put a price on this or are you just going to keep track and refund / charge the excess / remainder when we come get it? Never bought with a group before, I'm kinda feeling stoned stupid right now???

Every time I receive a payment on Paypal, I get charged about 5-6% (never calculated it) of the amount. It may be less, I'm just estimating from when I get payments for my products via Paypal. If anyone knows of the exact amount, let us know. However, I have only been charged $5 on an electronic check transfer.
Heres an idea...
pay in full (or half) on Paypal, then when the steel comes in you can pay by check cash or MO and I'll issue a refund via Paypal. no fees get charged to anyone for refunds...

If they pay with a credit card thru paypal, they do charge you for that, if they just transfer funds from their paypal account to yours, no charge.

that is true, I have about 3500 verified transactions on Paypal and I get charge for it too. Thanks again Rob, sorry for giving this to you but hey, YOU WERE CHEAPER. i did talk to my guy and he said he would match it but not beat it.....Thanks JOHN
