How are the trails out there? Is it mostly easy-medium or...?

I'll be there. I'll be bringing some of the NC4x4 merch with me, including the last few hoodies. We're going to donate a portion of the proceeds to the charity fund, too. I'll be a good opportunity for people to pick up a shirt and help the cause at the same time.
 
Wish I could make it out, but I'm scheduled to work til at least 6 saturday. Too bad it's not a 2 day event, I'm off Sunday. Good luck with the fund-raising, guys.
 
Just left Andys shop, cleaned the truck and ready to load up.:driver: Hoping for good weather and a great tunout. Cant wait till Saturday.
 
im planning on being there either way saturday. Just wondering if anyone has an extra spot on a trailer to tow my rig out there. Im from seagrove which is south of asheboro, only about 35 to 40 mins from DPG. My rig is a SASed Bronco II on 38's if that helps. Thanks in advance.
 
Looks like it will be good weather for Saturday. Partly cloudy/58.

What time are you heading out? We usually leave around 8:00am or so from Charlotte. Not sure if our paths cross or not.

I don't have a specific time since I'm on my own, but probably around 08:00. Maybe even earlier. Gps says to take 64 across all the way.
 
judging by this thread and talk on Facebook this event should turn out huge! really looking forward to it! didnt read this whole thread to see, but has anyone heard if Altoids is bringing out the Kraken? sure would be cool to see it in action.

really hope its not a waste to tow my 4.5" lifted XJ on 32's and not have much to do, but im gonna have fun either way even if just watching and hanging out.

Plan on being there. Working on Nitrogen for coilovers & front drive shaft now. Fabbed up a tierod guard tonite.

Slight change in timing -

I'll still be getting there at 8am

freestyle comp will still be at 2 pm

but we'll be presenting the rig to the family round noon, due to scheduling issues they are having, trying to make it work for them as best as we can because they are bringing a lot of the family up.

Doesn't change anything else though, still free riding all day up until the freestyle comp at 2pm, and then free riding again afterwards till dark.
 
We'll be there early, just pick a spot Ricky and we'll set up!
