My CMS math from 1978 sez 26.2 gallons. But i was stoned during that era.
What say ye educated ones?

Don't forget about the bit you'll never get off the bottom, or the bit you spill out overt the top

I think you meant 27.2, which is what the outside dimensions give you. Calculating the inside dimensions is 25 gallons like @drkelly and @shawn said. Of course they forgot to account for weld bleed into the inside and plate warpage, so it's probably more like 24.987 +/-0.243951 gallons.

Actually, it would be 27.27273, if you are rounding to 1 decimal point, it would be 27.3 :flipoff2:
