Chunky bar
MilkyWay Dark

there is a candy dish with both of these in it i may or may not eat most of them
Also sea salt caramels.
I'll second the Milky Way Dark, I had a high school girlfriend who got me hooked on those 25 years ago. That's probably my favorite miniature candy at Halloween.
A friend in Charlottesville makes small batch caramels that are amazing. It's my birthday/Mother's Day present to myself every year.

Had a keyboard warrior threatening to kick my ass one time. Offered him an all expense paid trip to my address...got these instead.

I've never made caramel bites like that, but caramel sauce (like you get in a jar for ice cream, apples, etc) is very easy to make at home. Just sugar in a pan, stopped at the right temp with butter or cream and then add some fine flake sea salt for a little salty crunch. Super cheap to make and impossible to have around without eating.
Also marshmallows are super easy to make at home, no corn syrup required. Roll those things in toasted coconut and they're awesome. I only make them 2 or 3 times a year because then I eat them all and feel bad about myself.

I love a Pay Day!

Ice Cream Snickers
Licorice Allsorts, But they've gotten near impossible to find fresh
