Is the 10 speed having issues I have not heard about? I want to run one in a truck with a manual though. So I'd dump the auto.

it was just rushed to production and its more problematic than the old 6 speed....but that was a high bar to compare to
there is less data of the 10 speed behind the 7.3 and if/what was upgraded for the more power

I k know the early ones had issues in the F150 but I haven’t seen anything for the 7.3 having issues. I have seen the 7.3 having cam issues with high idle times. Apparently tied to the variable oil pump that only has an 8 psi pressure at idle. At least that’s what one guy I saw saying.
