My parents are filling up their above ground pool and since my nearly 3 year old is a major climber, we need to put up a fence or something around it. Anybody got any experience or advice? Not looking for anything fancy, and non-permanent is probably good too.

Since he is your boy , how about a line of square hay bales! I mean two bales high they will be over your head and double his height then next year burn em
I know you like that

Thanks for the constructive input...apparently us people are better climbers than you people :flipoff2:

IME, anything without electric won't stop a 3 yr old .....
I'd go with vinyl or plastic fence panels .... hopefully slick enough he can't get a grip on it.
All the big box hardwares will have them.

You need the walls taller?
My wife thinks he can climb the pool walls because of the support strap going around it.

Ok so the temporary, inexpensive and trailer park fix is east. Sch80 PVC to extend the "legs" taller. Secure with heavy duty zip ties. Add that heavy plastic fence stuff on the e tended legs. Attach with zip ties

I am,just amazed I did a double take thinking those rocks would be fun to climb as a three year old. I was truly worried for your family....I mean the little persons....or the kid
