thats the only down side to 12 valves, no chips, which means no smarty :(


True... If you do timing in the pump you are stuck with it, but if you plan your mods well the 12V is a very good engine with good power and driveability. You should def bring it up to the dyno day and see what it will put down.


And I would leave mine turned all the way up all the time but I have not done injectors yet and the Quad adds pressure that the stock inj. dont really like all the time. I have noticed more noise from them the longer I run them. Some Don M. Flux2's are next.
 
yeah i am still waiting to find out which turbo is really in it. i wish i could make it to the dyno day but i got stuff i gotta do. eventually i will get it to a dyno to see what she's got

Where/when is the dyno day and how much? The guy here that was going to dyno it changed his mind after pulling the truck up to the garage.:rolleyes:
