yea i actually cant take any credit for the build of the TJ. kevin lawler (who is on this forum somwhere) built this rig, i just bought it from him 2 months ago

this is the same as any of my rental houses. i have a barn at one of them which doubles as a work shop. if i need to go over there and work on my jeep then i have the right to go over there since i own the land and house.

huh? don't you have a thread in chit chat asking about should you pay your rent or buy something?
 
actually you may be surprised on the rental deal.I'd check into that if I were you.
Once you rent a house, you can actually get arrested for trespassing on your own land if you do not give them prior notice.

Not 100% sure about NC but SC has some of the best renter rights laws in the country
