I don't get it it.
No trailer is worth that. Just demolish it and be done with it!
Cant rent whats demolished, and single wide trailers are getting harder and harder to find. We have one that once the current tennats move out we have to replace because a tree caused structural damage to*. The tennats suck, and we want them out, but its better to let them stay and pay the rent than kick them out and replace the trailer.
*Disclaimer: the house isnt going to fall down, and in no way are the current tennats in danger, nor would the next ones, but the county says its got to go.

For 6 grand we can do a whooooooole lot to what we got now since we do all the work ourselves. It really doesnt cost that much to fix one, just takes time. And like I said in my first post, it not that they arent out there, but there are less and less every day. Hardly any mobile home dealers have them, so private sellers are our only hope.

Thats cause they are made with popsicle sticks and glue... very cheap materials for a cheap home.![]()
