"free" benchmark flap disks

I use them in my shop and they are by far the best deal for the money. Need to do another order here soon.

They're cut off disc are the shiznit, especially the aluminum specific ones.

Always wanted to give them a try.

Wait... flapdisks come in differet grits???

Try Walters flap disk on aluminum. And Sait on abrasive wheels and cut offs for aluminum.
Random screen shots. Both rarely load up and move material out. In a bind or hury you can use the Sait stuff on steel, but you better be prepared for metal to leave in a hury along with the rock.

The Walter disk are expensive, but the best I've ever used on buttery alloys, even copper.
Buying without the threaded hub on any disk saves a few pennies.

Good to know, I don't mess with much aluminum yet but will eventually. Been looking for a rock that cuts a little better than the Benchmarks, just want something with the mrr of a new 40 grit flapper. I'll give that Sait stuff a try. Probaly pick up a Walter disc next time I get gas, pretty sure I saw them at Roberts last time I was there.

Mine came in the other day from Safety Sam...
