hey man, could you hook me up with the info on where it was found? my moped was stolen a few weeks ago and havent had any luck with the police yet. been ridin around alot, but no luck. i am just off westover.
where are you located?
 
more on the update: I got more inside info that the kid they arrested happened to be at the house and of course claimed he had no part in the theft and that they had been there for awhile. Also he actually has no police record and is 16. They are trying to get him to roll over on who did the grab to protect his clean record. Not that they care but what a way to start off your life, with a felony. Oh well! I'm still out 400$ more bucks just to get it rideable and to put it back up for sell never miind the plastics are now scratched to hell. This year has been a kick in the balls for my family, it's got to get better...

Trust me,I'm not trying to sound simpathetic but from what PD said he could be 3rd removed from the actual theft and really not know anything that's why they're baiting him to roll over. Too fawkin bad in my opinion, but there is no way a kid picked up a 200# motocycle and put it in the back of a truck by himself. My bike was laying beside a TTR 230 which is a full size version and it was damn near cut in half.
