I was hoping to see an explanation of how many turkeys you could cook directly from the radiation of the tower, not the boring old converted A/C power.
Not sure about the numbers based on the radiation.
But with the coolant at an average temperature of 567F and pressure at 2100psig or so, it would be a hell of a pressure cooker!
 
This would work better if you had some flow in your cooler. Otherwise, there will be a temp gradient throughout with the water temps getting colder as you approach the bird. Kinda like a regular oven vs convection oven, but in reverse.
