fullwidth runner build

thanks, yeah that pic makes the approach angle look better than it is, the frame sticks out about 4" more than the tires. i got rid of alotta rust with the fender trimmin, theres still some more in the doors and rockers. i dont care though, the AC still works.:huggy:

you ever decide what you are going to do for shafts at the diff? Are you just going to do a toyota/spicer hybrid shaft of run aftermarket toy pinion flanges? The trannys fit well by the way.

needs a chevy drive train now, lol.

im just gonna build shafts with the stock toy and chevy ends on them for now, might upgrade later on.

and thats a negative on the chevy drive train, even though i have one sittin in the truck i got the axles out of. ima try to drive this thing everywhere and i like the gas mileage and dependability of the ol trusty 22re. if it blows up, and i win the lottery so i can afford gas, i'll drop my built 350 in it.

got all the shifters in and drove it around the yard with no brakes. this thing CRAWLS

glad to hear you are happy with the tranny set up so far man. The runner looks mean and that shifter setup looks slick. Its good to see someone making some progress.. Hope to wheel with you soon....
