And what guy in his right mind would have that much garage/shop space, then cut down all those trees and plant that much grass. He'll be mowing 2 days a week. 13.5 of my 15 acres is woods, for a reason.

It looks like they cut most of that for hay, based on all the randomly placed round bails in the pic.

Been eyeballing/getting quotes again on building a house, with the quotes I'm getting, that square footage alone would probably put build price at $1.5-1.75mil...and add another $100k easy for the property. So at least the ugly and bad design is cheap.

well, it probably wears big white sunglasses and has a flat hat bill.. so really, everything all makes complete sense.. to it... And I think the touches that make sense, weren't it's decision but it's more feminine "better" brained half (& also better looking to some )
