Gigantic ads

@shawn what's the deal with the huge ads that fill up the vast majority of my screen when I scroll? They have tripled or quadrupled in size, and it just started today.

Google did it.

Their algorithm thinks it's better at figuring out what size ads should go where. I'm going to try to revert back to what we had before.

Edit: I also think it's hilarious that you're getting plasma donation ads. WTF have you been searching for?

I figured this had to do with the Android update my phone did this morning, so that's debunked. Glad I'm not the only one with giant ads.

In the upper right corner of the Ad there is a triangle and a “x” click the “x” and another thing will pop up saying report ad click that then select from the options. The ad will then go away.

I've tried to reset it and I've tried to opt out. It's not clear to me yet that it's made a difference. Their stated intent is to post the best-paying ad on mobile, and to pick ads that are an "appropriate" size.
