I'd suppose it's no different than any other China made generator.
The company I work for used to make a similar dual fuel product but discontinued it. (Not sure why, I'd guess lack of sales volume)...heck this may even be a rebage of our ip. No clue.
For the money I guess it's hard to go wrong though I would not have high expectations either.
