I know how I feel about rockers that bolt to frame and body.
I don't like em.
I got my rockers early on.
I just did a body lift, so I could do a bellyup.
Suddenly I'd need new rockers?
(This next bit might be me on crack, but it seems logical to me) There is a reason your body isn't metal on metal to the frame. They do flex slightly different. Also you don't want to have that metal-metal path for any vibrations if you can help it.
(at least in my mind as stated before)
I know I've also bashed the crap out of mine, used a hi lift on them and other stuff, and never had a problem. (Other than needing some touchup paint.)
So my vote is for the ones that only bolt to the body. They are plenty strong.
