@jeepinmatt have you considered a basketball court instead of grass? I think it would be cheaper to drop in asphalt and some hoops. And I do see the irony based on you stature but still....

I've embarrassed many people on the basketball court. Though I'm probably not as fast or skillful as I used to be. But I get super competitive.
