Have you priced it recently? Granted I don't get any great discounts but that's my price out the door through ferguson for sch40 18".

If you could come up with a way to join it together, one could get a sheet of HDPE and cut it to width and roll it into a circle.

Be very careful with the O rings. Grease them liberally and have a full spare set available for when (not if) you pinch one and split it. And, be sure to have the correct size O ring. Lots of discussion out there about which size is the correct one. All I know is that of the two sizes out there, the small OD one worked for me and the larger one was too big for MY wheels. Others claim the opposite. So, be sure to have both on hand and give both a try but be sure to remember which one you need.
