HOME MADE TRAILERS ?

Anyone know if NCDMV, still allows home made trailers. Would like to cut off frame & bed of junk PU, & put tongue on it. Used to do this. Would go to DMV to get vin # and application.

yes they do.

just go to dmv fill out form they will give you vin # , stamp on frame and then get inspected
