I'm limited by the Health Dept. for what condiments I can serve. Catchup, Mustard, Onions, Slaw, Chili, Relish, Texas Pete, and Mayonnaise only in the individual packets, no cheese. And these must be applied by us. (except for the mayonnaise) Sorry man. I don't name them, way too many names, Oh I get it! Thought about it, didn't want to make it confusing or whatever. To speed things up a bit, thought about making a list of condiments on a sign for customer convienance. Some people are surprised that we carry as many condiments as we do. Might try the sign at ECGS and see if it helps. Thanks for asking.
 
I nominate the Big Terry
Chili, Slaw, Mustard and Onions. Wrapped in special paper with Jokes on it!

The go dog
Chili Mustard and onions.
Wrapped in Aluminum foil, so you can buy it now, and lay it on your manifold later to re-heat it.

The Sweet Belinda
Sweet pickle relish, Chili and Mustard.
 
I dont usually like hot dogs but I always buy Terry's wherever he is at. Great guy. great sponsor for the #14 Cherocar!!!!!!!

Could we get a in cab hot dog warmer in case we get hungry during the race?
