How fast is your Internet connection?

Does anyone who has a low number feel like there internet is slow? Mine test slow, but Its plenty fast when surfing. Pages load quick.

I get 1.31 mb/s on my home computer but I get 4.5 mb/s on the internet on my phone. Whats up with that. lol

but, youtube downloads are sometimes annoying, and uploads are darn near impossible.
