Pretty straightforward question.

Excluding pockets, belt loops, zipper button etc.... How many holes are in a set of pants?

One big hole? Two adjoining holes? One on top, two on bottom?

... And yeah I'm with ya, the best ones have accumulated some extra holes in the knee or shin, maybe a torn pocket, some welding spatter or fire burn holes....
 
.d). All of em. As long is doesn’t interfere with bending or squatting to do man things in man clothes. (Had a pair that had a hole at the knee that would catch every time I squatted down. They went in the trash post haste) other than that good to go.

Literally every pair of jeans I have worn long enough to gain holes has had one in the left knee. Sometimes eventually the right but left is always first. No matter. But the 2nd place they worn holes is in the butt around where the pockets attach, upper left of the right pocket, then upper right of the left pocket. Once that grows enough my wife won't let them out of the house.
 
Are the pants on my body or not?
Thats a difference of 2 holes depending on answer
