not sure if you're a member of either, but www.ifsja.org and www.cfsjc.com have lots of parts for sale at all times.

Thanks for the links guys! Those sites are awesome. I installed the side morrors yesterday. Got them from lugnut here on the board. Thanks Allen!

Anyone have the power mirrors control buttons for the inside? Mine are missing.

yeah I got them. I also have some other parts

Cool, sent you a pm. I also need a flexplate to bolt the 304 to the 727 trans.

Yeah, the old wheel just disappeared after using zoom! LOL. I have a cj column that will be going in the void where the wheel used to be!

I installed the steering column and wheel today. Now I just need to hook up the steering shaft and get a steering box! Also hooked up a battery to test out the power windows and seats. Some work and some don't! LOL. The drivers seat works but pass seat doesn't front windows roll up and down rear passenger windows don't work yet. Rear window works good!! Couldn't get the tailgate down though the handle is broken off.

put my decal on the back...

I also cleaned up the wheels with some aluminum etching cleaner...

Eagle one wheel cleaner, etching. It's strong stuff to clean up old wheels. It stripped off some of the old grey paint too inbetween the spokes. The paint was kind of flakey anyways though. I liked the results a lot. Go to my first post and see what they looked like before the eagle one cleaner. Big difference!

Congrats on the new project. You will find its a fairly capable offroad vehicle for the family. When you get the bug to modify, definately check out IFSJA.org

HE LIVES !!!

Where you been hiding ?

Kevin

WOW. Is it just spray on stuff? You think it hurt the paint beause it was flakey to begin with?

Yep, just spray on stuff. But it does say on the bottle do use with wheels that have paint on them.

I'm over at ifsja too. Even have a few posts of the waggy.

Kevin,
I have been working in Houston, but I am basically done. :bounce:

Now I just have to remember how to put the Waggy back together. Don't you hate those projects you start but can not finish. The one good thing is I am exactly where I left off a year ago!:handed:
later.
Eric

I just installed the motor yesterday! Getting closer to driving it!

I still need a waggy steering box though!
