I HATE theives

My wife's grandfather was mowing his grass in Rocky Mount many years back before he passed. He ran inside to take a leak and when he came out his mower was gone.

He bought a new one and two weeks later he ran out of gas and walked in the back to get some gas and when he came back around the new one was gone.

He started paying someone to cut his grass after that.
I think I would have attached it to a hand grenade.

coppers

I've yet to get a return phone call from the Detective. I have info....but no call. my axle probably is crushed. Maybe I'll post the cops # here and ya'll can harrass him

Prosecute!!!

Just got back from the Sheriffs office. I went to indentify my 44 axle in a film the police got from the scrapyard down the street. It shows my flat-top 44 hanging out the back of a green Ford Taurus. Licence plate GOJ 841. South carolina.

OOPS

oops... I shouldnt have put that tag there. I will have to edit that. Michael Anthony Lewis wouldn't want his tag up here. Maybe I can get a mugshot, though:fuck-you:

Maybe y'all need new neighborhoods. Mine ain't the best, but not much happens. I put a good looking but not running weedeater on the curb a few days ago. It's still there. Today a guy came to the door and asked me if i knew i left it out in the yard. Never seen him before today.

I need to shoot somebody.

My car got "broken into" (wasnt locked) last night sitting in my drive way.

i live in a very quiet neighborhood.....never had a need to lock the car doors.

guess i do now.

Someone came in my side yard and stole my trashcan after filling it up with scrap metal. Only person who would have known it was there would have been someone that came to buy something off of Craigslist. Now whenever I have someone coming over to buy something and I don't know them, I open carry. Just to let them know, don't mess with my shit.

POW

People here are afraid to come steal stuff out of my yard. I found after you shoot the first couple of thieves word gets around.

Yeah.... a relatives property was broken into 3 Octobers ago, and pilfered for copper plumbing....but material was lying by the structure, so I think= They are coming back

I camped out and sure enough, 11:16 AM a Chevy P-up rolls around back. I was sitting in my J-10 listening to the radio...with a pump 12-gauge.
A few minutes later, and 2 shots, a truck was fleeing on 3 tires, with#3 buck-shot holes in the tailgate.

Unfortunately, I had been in sight, so they never got anything loaded, they just ran the truck towards me. Nothing loaded means: no crime proven, except tresspassing.
But... the cops practically thanked me for shooting the truck and not killing him. apparently he and his relatives were "no stranger" to local law enforcement.
We have to fix our own plumbing.

Not a bad idea.... I have a downed tree to work on Saturday in the front yard, and likely this a-hole will drive by. I'll make my .45 or 12-gauge VERY visible

Just shoot through the tree as if you dont have a chainsaw and alot of aggression..

So you saw your axle hanging out the back of a car and the police are not questioning this person?

PO PO

I went to the Sheriffs to confirm it was mine, from the pic. and sign a statement. Now they are taking a a warrant out for his arrest. That takes a little while. This clown has been arrested and convicted of this same kind of thing 5 TIMES OR MORE this year!!!

The house down the street from me was broken in to and robbed about 6 months ago. The lady was home, and locked herself in a room while calling the police.

Just yesterday, someone was scoping out another house on my street by pulling up in the driveway. Pics of the car were taken by a security camera. The lady was home and called the cops. While the cop was there talking to her, he got a call for a security alarm going off just around the corner. By the time he got there they had fled the scene.

Our diligent, well trained, top flight security team is always hard at work protecting my property! If I said sic 'em they would head to the food bowl.:shaking:

Whenever someone comes to the house to buy something I carry my pistol. A while back a couple of Mexicans came to the house to look at a truck. One of them "didn't speak english" so they babbled back and forth in spanish. I speak just enough spanish to know that they were not originally planning to pay for the truck. I bent down to pick something up and they saw the pistol under my shirt. The word pistola was used several times and the one who only spoke Spanish suddenly learned English.

^LOL!

Yeh, I don't even know her, but I doubt she owns a gun.

I particularly liked the story of staking out the place and shooting the robbers truck, lol.

Sounds like she needs to buy a gun.

LOL!!! Did they buy the truck or scram?

shred

I hope you find it man!
:poop: naaah... I know a guy(old drinking buddy) at the scrap yard...Its already in a 3000 ton pile awaiting the shredder, or shredded already. If only the cops had found that picture Friday. I'm aggravated with them because I knew who it was late Friday, but couldnt get in touch with the Det. till yesterday. PLUS, that particular yard had a "APB" or something as of Friday, to look out for it...a lot of good that did.
It had arrived the previous day

If he gets prosecuted for this, you may get restitution payment as they garnish any wages from him etc. Might want to retitle this thread 'Built D60 front stolen', lol.

For Craigslist sales I have the stuff sitting on the front porch or in the driveway when people come to look at it. They basically don't see anything that they wouldn't be able to see from the road.

I've had a couple people who wanted me to hook up stereo speakers so they could hear them which is a reasonable request, but I just told them they know where I live and to call me within 24 hours if there is a problem with them and I'll take care of it.
