According to the registration my '90 Bronco is a station wagon. Dumb question, but is there even an actual SUV designation on NC registrations? I've never seen one, but then again I haven't exactly been looking either.

I cant speak for NC but in TN the only way to buy tags for vehicle used commercially is to buy a weighted tag. And you have to buy commercial tags for anything with signage on it. At least that's what they told me when I was buying tags for my wife's delivery vans
