think of it thsi way, the longer you wai taround, teh morel ikely it is that some otehr guys wil lend up on the hook just like this. Fill the form out now and submit that sucker. And tell him too.
If by some magic the package then arives the next day, I'm sure there is ome way to drop the charges. Although, I'm still not sure that I would. That "can't hear you" thing was just the last line.
