ID this connector

I found this pelican case on the side of the highway a couple months ago, it looks like a power supply for some piece of equipment.

The rotary switch turns on the battery connection to this large mating connector on the front.

Does anyone know what kind of connector this is and where I can get the other half?

There is just a sealed lead acid battery inside the box connected to the switch and connector

The top round plug? Is a twist lock. We used them in theater lighting back in the day. 220v twist lock plug is what I'd look for. I think you can get them at Lowes or Home Depot.

No that’s not a twist lock, that’s the gore tex vent on the pelican case.

My mistake. Hope you figure it out. I can't see much in the picture.
 
It's definitely some custom connector you probably won't find the other end for. Probably for some sort of surveying or environmental survey equipment

Ahh, that makes sense. Like a power supply for some kind of precipitation data logger or something?

I cant ID it, but Id buy the box and battery off of you for the right price. Would be great for radios.
