I'm shopping around for some hunting land/family land to purchase and was scouting out this particular property for sale. I don't own it or have permission to hunt it (just permission to view it). I took my family down and we walked it to see if it would be a good piece to have and with what I thought was more deer sign per acre than any place I have ever seen, I thought it would have been great. But it looks like it is heavy inhabited by pigs/boar and they could be the culprit for the sign on the ground.
We are looking at more land this weekend- the wife didn't like this one because it didn't have enough cut roads for her to 4 wheel on
