Ya, it cut me when I watched it too. I've cut my self down to meat once a week, been doing this for 2 months now. I've lost some weight & I feel like I have more energy. Some of these veggie & fruit dishes are pretty delicious.

what I specifically asked was their opinion on his protein requirements levels which seem WAY low to my knowledge of healthy eating. BTW I knowledge and practice do not equal in me before anyone else says it.

And the concept that protein synthesis wastes calcium...

the reason there is no osteo perosiss in mnay cultures is the mean age is below the osteoperosis onset age.
 
I think the big take away from that video is balance.


I agree to a point.
I personally under doctor care witnessed a high protein high fat low carb diet deliver dramatic cholesterol lowering results.

It is widely known and accepted that pure vegans have nearly zero cholesterol issues.

Mix the two and you get insta-death.

Not real sure how to feel on this.
The body seems able to adapt to anything accept constant change and variety. I am kinda convinced a man could live to 100 healthy as hell on pure bacon alone.
