"our black child" luk will be missed. (I guess we'll even miss you stealing food off the table on occasion)

God bless

Sorry for your loss.

Lūk's buddy been kinda sad lately. Not sure we wanna get another dog to train and all. Gwen should live until the kids move out. But, she's not Luk, and no other pup can ever take his place. He was a stubborn ass, but good natured (unless you didn't mean well. Some members here got to meet him coming over to pick up parts, they will attest how he was good natured after a handshake with me. No kidding, he would back off right after a exchanged a handshake with someone, as though he knew that meant I accepted them as family) Luk knew when he did wrong, he'd shamefully admit it, but he'd snarfle & snap if he felt threatened in any way, including shaking a finger at him. That's all it took for him to know he did wrong. (not that he EVER got any real corporal punishment) I miss my buddy. (Funny, his name from the shelter was Buddy, but we renamed him Luk, because of dead beat brother in law, not wanting to honor him with a well obedient loving pup named like him) (technically, his full name was Lucius David Balfour Kelley, but rarely never called him by that, it's a mouthful & Balfour from a region in Hendersonville) (Gwen's name is actually Gwenivere, I didn't want any of our children cursed with a medieval name, so the dog got it) the wife says anyone that says that Luk was just a dog will receive a punch to the mouth. I don't blame her.
