what is counted as a threat?
1) i am going to kick your ass
2) i should kick your ass
3) i am going to kick his ass
4) i should kick his ass

does it matter if it is communicated directly to the person?
i know stuf like this can be used as evidence in court

since we all know rob could never kick rich's ass, rob would never be percieved as a real threat. So imho there would be no legal problems with the original statment.. :flipoff2:
