I'm driving a 97 2-dr Suzuki sidekick with stock suspension and 31's. Tires are new MT-hybrid re-caps.

Yesterday, with the backhoe I finished a 10-12' wide trail from the top of our ridge to the bottom land. Had no issues with it yesterday. I'd guess the worst section is 20 degree slope. There are a few areas with a little disturbed ground(clay).

Now that there is snow on it will I slide a lot worse or get a better grip?

Go for it or stay on flat land?

Do it! And try crawling, but if that doesn't work, throttle is your friend. I can run almost all of my 4wheeler trails in 2wd in the snow, so long as the throttle is properly pinned.

They are made for the snow.

Infamous1 where's the sidekick at? I know you been out riding in it.

Knew that was coming.

Nah...just wondering how a stock Zuk with no lockers does on a snow and clay 20-25 degree hill. I don't use the buddy system so I like to study my quarry.
You have everything you need to derive the answer to this question.

How did it shake out??

How did it shake out??

Went wheeling on the property yesterday but chickened out on the big hill. I believe the Zuk would make it but there are 2-3 stumps just before the bottom that are covered with snow. I'll be going back tomorrow and flagging the stumps for a possible attempt... but don't count on it:)

It's tomorrow :flipoff2:

Set up the video or we won't believe you.

And seriously, if you're worried, get a buddy to spot you. Then hammer down and have fun.
