Ok so I'm in food lion picking up some eggs and milk and my phone rings to remind me that I had previously written down that I needed toilet paper in my reminder notes.


Or...

I'm at Lowe's hardware picking up a 2x10 and my phone rings to remind me that I had written down that I needed to grab some sanding discs the next time at Lowe's

Or....

I'm at adam & eve picking up some astroglide.....err...um.... N/m


Does an app like that exist?

There should be a way to repeatedly text it to yourself. Set it on auto send every 5 minutes or some shit.

Yeah but if it's NOT something I desperately need, but something "if I'm there" it would be nice to remember to pick up (those over 40 can relate to fading memory) I'd like a reminder. Not a constant badgering (like my ex wife)

I do as well...then I forget to check memo notes before I leave because I might have written that memo a week ago (that's a lot of shity socks)
 
I use ticktick for that exact thing....you can set a reminder for arriving at a location, or leaving. Can set a distance range so if you are in ghe area of a to-do, it will let you know, don't have to arrive at an exact address.

Also has a good website interface....I have that tab open all the time. I think it's 20 bucks a year if you want cloud storage of lists so can use cross platform. Saves me more than that in gas every year.

I use Out of Milk, which lets you keep mulitple lists, so there's a grocery list, a Lowe's/HD list, etc.

If you have an iPhone, the factory 'reminders' app can do the same thing. I use it all the time to remind me to pick something up when I get home, to the shop, etc

The Color Note app does multiple lists to, including checklists and text lists. You can set reminders but I've never used that function. My list needs are simple.

That'll come in handy if something were to happen in Raleigh next week when a pair of idiots gather and something should go wrong. The alphabet gangs can verify I was where I sez I was
