Tonya's Walmart account appears to have been hacked by someone in AZ,There were two charges on it for Covid test at a Walmart in Yuma.Not sure if its the CC or Walmart account that got hacked but you might wanna keep an eye on your Walmart account if you have one.

Only time my card has ever been compromised, was after purchasing something from Walmart.com

My wife got her acct emptied from a purchase on Wally.com. Only I store purchases since then and no issues.
