Just a center section. I believe the long term plan is to get rid of the fenders and everything else around them, so no need for extra bumper.
 
Have you test fitted the winch, looks like the angle on the sides might be tight. Will it fit in there w/ a grill in place? Have you considered making more of these? If so the price?

If you're referring to the angled plates on the side of the winch mount, they don't interfere. The grill has to be removed, or trimmed around the winch, but it fits up well.
I would certainly be willing to make more, price depends on demand. If I can make 5 or 10 at a time, price can be lower, but 1 runs about $500. It could also be simplified to work with a bottom mount winch.
