Kids Buggy

had to clean the shop bad! so i rolled it outside for a bit

Came out nice. You can usually tell when a shop gets a tube roller because the rolled tube is way overdone for a few buggies but this one didnt end up looking bad at all.
 
if your kids don't like it then you can just give it to me! lol

had to cycle everything before i went any further....links driveshafts s all cleared and looked good.!
shocks are only 9 inch dirt latemodel coilovers.....
still got 35 inches of flex out of the front.
42 inches of flex out of the rear.suspension had way more..ran out of shock!

Took the transaxle apart today..Welded up the spiders,Now she's 4WD!!!!
Tore the chassis completely down,Welded up the chassis,links,and all axle bracing..Slowly bolting it back together.

i fired it up tonight!!!!!!!!!!! some small issues with the fuse block/relay box,some things are not making good contact at all times,but thats a small issue(hopefully)...JE Imports built the harness/box....hopefully will take it apart tomorrow and resolve the issues

just need front hydro lines,and hydro lines for the rear steer....at first my kids were excited about this build for them,but some reason they really dont seem to want to wheel,all they talk about is wanting a new 4 wheeler...............so either i keep it and wheel it myself.or sell?????decisions,decisions....
ill get it finished and put them in it,,they just might change their minds!!
