I've got solidworks files of the CJ5 body, seats, windshield, and cage if anyone wants them. Just pm me and give me an email addy. The files aren't perfect but good.

Do you run doors with that dash bar like that? Between the dash and door?

No, he runs soft doors only. It will not clear to put hard doors.

We can build you guys any kind of cage you want. Justin (99NCXJ) is working with me at the shop, and he is quite the cage specialist.

It would be tough to get around it. Mikes yellow jeep is the first TJ I've gone through the dash on and I dont see how you could avoid atleast having to cut part of the duct out of the way. On his we just removed the section of duct work that runs from the back of the vent to beside the steerin column and will replace it with some flexible duct tubing. You will be able to keep the factory defrost vent because it's already ran with flex tube.

Thanks,

The only air that blows on mine is the defrosters any way, I will just remove them.

If you do remove them all together I would cap the ends of the remaining duct work to atleast make the center vents blow harder.

TJ guys,
I have a question, when running the tube through the dash, Are you removing the duct to the side air vent or are you able to move it enough to get the tube past it?

You can fit 1.75 through the dash, just have to squeez the vents a little, and move some wires.
