Let's see your garage space!

Concrete guys got the vapor barrier and wire mesh down today. They're trying to finish a few other jobs before they can get the laser screed and ride-on trowels here and do the pour.

Wow you do not play around! Very niiiice space!!!

jealous!

If thats 30 foot across those must be some big ass doors

The doors are 12x12 insulated, metal backed with jackshaft motors.
My old basement doors were drafty wooden doors that I had to kick at the bottom to open.
Big improvement

Big ass fans!
They are just the cheap 100” fans from Amazon but they definitely help move the air around. Gonna try a 28000 Btu mini split and see if it will keep the shop comfortable. I also have an extra wood stove but really can’t find a good place to put it.

Link for the fans?

Now that's a proper shop space! The fans work good for the summer? I like the black doors too!
The fans feel great when it’s sub 78*. The shop got to 91* and it sucked. I ran the conduit and wire for the mini split yesterday so hopefully I’ll get that working soon. A neighbor stopped in today and said it was looking good but talked shit cause there is no radio or beer fridge.

I mean those are legitimate gripes

Did you have to do anything special to support the closed cell spray foam? I am wanting to spray my ceiling but there was some talk on here about weight of the foam.
No I didn’t.

Almost ready for the first section of concrete. Gonna do a 30x14 pad in front of the shop with around an inch of fall so I can work out front. Right side of the shop will get a 16x53 pad and lean to when my onlyfans page hits the big time.
