links to someone to build 40x50 ,12-14 eves garage!! HELP

When I built my garage, I told the inspections office that it would be a "storage" building. No electricity, water, no cars, or nothing. Just plain storage. I drew my diminsions on a print out of my lot, they handed me a permit for $50 and it was built.

After it was inspected and built, I myself added electricity, power outlets, and power garage doors and a car in it. :) And I can see the inspections office from my house, LOL
 
TWO and a half weeks and nothing from the lawyers office!This really sux !PLUS I HAVE TO PAY THEM 150 DOLLARS!!!!!!!!!
Then the real fun begains!!!?????
Got a friend that is gonna trade a 32 X 24 building for some work on his JEEP! NOT the size I wanted but hey will be better than what I got now IF I CAN BUILD ANYTHING ON THE LAND!
